Process

During your initial exam, you can expect the following:

• Before we meet, there’s certain information that we’ll ask you to compile and send to us.
• There will be a quick discussion of your concerns and wishes before we arrive.
• We’ll perform an in-office evaluation and conduct interviews with your team members.
• We’ll observe how the office is functioning and the physical plant.
• This all consists of spending about a day and a half in your dental office.

After the initial exam, we’ll begin your consultation:

• Having a complete understanding of where you want to go and the obstacles you face, we’ll discuss the options and systems available to you to help achieve your specific goals.
• We’ll present a specific treatment plan to you during our office visit.
• Your plan will also include a complementary marking evaluation of your website and marketing tactics.
• We’ll perform a technology evaluation.
• If you’re just starting out, we’ll evaluate the best strategy for your new office from marketing to location, size, equipment, and more.
• If you’re getting ready to retire in the next two to five years, we’ll give you a strategy to have your office ready to sell for its maximum value.

The implementation stage consists of:

• We’ll look at where to start — building a stable base and moving up from there. It will mirror a pyramid effect, where each layer depends on the one below it to achieve success.
• We’re here to guide you and your team in as little or as much as you feel comfortable with, so you can always let us know if something isn’t working the way you want it.
• We’ll address acute problems you face at the moment or the chronic problems that have stunted your growth. It’s up to you.

Once we’ve implemented our techniques and strategies, we’ll:

• Conduct in-office training sessions to help the team understand and implement the new systems. We’ll provide reasonable email and phone support to ensure we answer any questions that may arise after training.
• We’ll have monthly video meetings with the doctor to see how things are going and if we can adjust any items necessary.
• There will be annual planning sessions — to be sure you’re headed in the right direction and if there are course corrections to make, they’ll be addressed.
