The initial startup cost of $69,000.00, with an overhead of 45% to 50%. He was able to gross $168k/year. Sold this office for $400K in 1996 with no debt.
His second office was transformed from a mostly welfare practice to one of the top-grossing solo practices in CT. He consistently kept overhead at 50% to 55%, and it was sold for 2.5 million in 2017.
